Job Description:

PIRTEK Knoxville is hiring a Hydraulic Service Technician to service, assemble, and install hoses for a diverse industrial customer base. We are seeking applicants with excellent communication and strong customer service skills. If you are mechanically inclined and enjoy interacting with customers in the field, PIRTEK could be an excellent career path.

As a PIRTEK Hydraulic Service Technician, you will be operating out of a purpose-built mobile hose workshop/van, and will be handling service calls in the local area. This provides the opportunity to develop relationships with new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

Service, assemble, and install hoses for customers in the field
Complete local service calls
Safely operate van and all equipment
Provide unparalleled customer service

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Mechanically Inclined
Good Communication Skills
Positive attitude
Self-motivated
Clean driving record
Ability work on-call after business hours
Must be able to lift at least 50lbs as needed

Tools of the Trade:

Successful candidates will be fully trained to operate a purpose built PIRTEK service truck fitted with specialized equipment designed to fabricate flexible hose assemblies on site. Training is directed by certified instructors in Rockledge, FL. No travel for training will be required.
